3. Buy unlined 4x6 card stock and print.

Report Card Requirements from Consolidated Exhibition Standards.

8. Notification of Scores must show the name and year of the exhibition and the section involved.

a. When a numerical scoring system is utilized, it shall state the minimum and maximum scores possible, the acceptance score, the score each entry received, and clearly state the name of any award(s).

b. Plus or minus marks with numerical scores shall not be used.

  • When an entry has been re-judged the score must be changed by striking out the previous score and entering the new one.
  • No erasures are permitted and no score shall ever be lowered, except when on close examination by the judges an image is found to defy the rules and regulations in these exhibition standards.
  • Exhibitions supplying an appropriate space for an e-mail address in their entry form may notify exhibitors by e-mail instead of a mailed card.

Report cards must be mailed
no later than 5 days after the last day of judging.
