The CPID ICIC entry form has been designed with two objectives: (1) To give the competing camera club a simpler way to enter their quarterly entry and (2) to automatically re-name files so that all files are properly named. The process is in two parts: (1) Step 1 is the name, address, camera club etc. of the club's representative and (2) Step 2 has the image maker and image title in one field and you attach the actual jpg file through the browse.

Step 2 - Here You Enter Your Club's Regular Entry
In Column 2: Type in Maker's Name, a dash, and Image Title for each image. In Column 3: Click On Browse to attach jpg.
