PSA Exhibition Application Form For All Divisions

1. This single application will permit you to apply for recognition from any or all of PSA Divisions using a single application.

2. First, fill in the blanks for Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 and Step 4.

3. Then fill in the data for each and every section your exhibition will offer.

4. Before you click on submit, review the application carefully for its completeness and accuracy.

5. After you click on submit, your data will be sent to the Exhibition Standards Directors for the sections your exhibition will offer. And, you will receive emails confirming receipt of your application plus a variety of instruction/information files, jpg files, etc.

Medal and Awards Information

     
PSA Gold Medals:
 

1 PSA Gold Medal may be ordered at no charge for each approved section. Additional PSA Gold Medals may not be purchased.
PSA Silver Medals:
  1 PSA Silver Medal may be ordered at $20 for each approved section. This is optional.
PSA Bronze Medals:
  1 PSA Bronze Medal may be ordered at $20 for each approved section. This is optional.
PSA Honorable Mention Ribbons:
  PSA HM Ribbons are sold in packets of 3 for $10 each. Exhibitions may order as many as desired for each approved section. This is optional.
Nature Note:
  An exhibition may use PSA gold-silver-bronze medals or Nature Division Medals. Plus, if you are offering just an "open/general" section, the exhibition may be a Nature Division Gold Medal for "Best Wildlife" in addition to the regular PSA Gold-Silver-Bronze medals.
Photojournalism Note:
  An exhibition may use PSA gold-silver-bronze medals or Photojournalism Division Medals. Plus, if you are offering just an "open/general" section, the exhibition may be a Photojournalism Division Silver Medal for "Best Human Interest" in addition to the regular PSA Gold-Silver-Bronze medals.
