• Maximum Image Height (Vertical) is 768 pixels.

• Please keep each image file size to no more than 800 kB and the maximum aggregate size of all images to 20 MB

• If you need to change or add to an entry already processed you must resubmit the entire entry form with all images not just the changes or additions.

• Please be patient as it takes a while to upload all your images and check and rename the files.

• At the end of a successful upload, entering club will also receive 2 emails at the email address contained in your entry form. First will be a classic "acknowledgment" and the second the actual entry form with the JPG files attached. This email goes to the hosting club, entrant, and PJ Interclub Chairman (Karen Kotner).

• If you do not receive the emails, your upload was most likely not successful and you need to submit again.
